We are a family run business with the main aim of supplying our customers' needs at a sensible price with service second to none.
We strongly believe customer service to be the most important policy in successful business. All too often good manners and knowledge are lost in the name of progress in business - we do not believe that this should be the case. As a result we will only employ highly motivated and knowledgeable staff.
When you contact us by any means, we aim to help. If it's product advice or animal advice that you need just ask. If we do not know the answer we will do our best to find out for you or to give you the contact details of somebody that does.
Although, we are obviously in business to make money, we also believe that giving advice where possible on animal related matters is important. At the end of the day, as animal people, all the staff are concerned about animal welfare and ensuring the proper treatment of animals in general. The fact that we are in business does not detract from this concern.
